Designed to protect the body’s core in cold-weather conditions, the Vans Thermal Shelter System utilizes a 550+ fill power Hungarian goose down that is an industry leader in cluster-to-feather ratios. Larger down clusters and fewer stems result in increased loft, which provides an efficient warmth-to-weight ratio. This system is exclusive to our TSS Heavyweight Insulation

Designed to protect the body’s core in cold-weather conditions, the Vans Thermal Shelter System utilizes a synthetic insulation that is lightweight, soft, and provides superior warmth-to-weight ratio. TSS Synthetic is also moisture-resistant, highly compressible, and extremely durable. To meet the needs of the rider, varying weights are used, depending on the jacket or pant. This system is exclusive to our TSS Midweight and TSS Lightweight Insulation.
